The service was good, the room was updated, the breakfast was great and affordable, the staff were kind, and the location was perfect and comfortable during my stay.

I almost liked everything. The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are very comfortable with a very good price. It is convenient for transportation. Overall I am very pleased with their service.

They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any questions or requests. the location of the hotel was ideal for my needs. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. the room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay.

One downside of my experience was the noise level in the hotel. There were times when it was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

the hotel room is good, quite enough space even if third bed added, breakfast is very good, comparing to other Italian hotels we stayed. location is ok to visit the center, but you would need a car to get to metro. hotel staff was not aware of "park+ride" parking near the metro, so you need to know this yourselves.

The staff at Novotel went above and beyond when there was an issue with the shower in our room. They immediately upgraded us to a better room, showing their commitment to excellent service. The location was also great, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Easy to find. In a brand new section of town with lots of construction for business and commercial facilities - E.G., Euromar. Very nice staff.

Could use at least one comfortable chair in the room. High price internet was a little balky too.

The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable room.

Nothing, all was good.

We stayed in op hotel for 4 nights. It is new, modern and beautifully decorated. Location is not good if you are a tourist visiting Rome, but there is a bus stop right in front of the Hotel to take you to the closest metro station. It is next to a huge shopping center (Roma2), ladies!

Poor breakfast for a 4star Hotel! The room was dusty... Internet connection should be free in a 4star hotel!
