A good restaurant surprise

The restaurant staff was excellent, and the dinner was pretty good-better than some nearby eateries. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, and the breakfast was hearty and enjoyable. Easy access to public transit made sightseeing easy.

I almost liked everything. The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are very comfortable with a very good price. It is convenient for transportation. Overall I am very pleased with their service.

The stay was conveniently located near a major mall and offered an enjoyable experience thanks to the well-prepared meals at the restaurant. One highlight was the quality of the dinner we had there, which pleasantly surprised us with flavor and presentation. The breakfast selection was impressive, though a bit repetitive during our stay. We visited to explore the nearby attractions like the Museum of Roman Civilization and found that getting around to these sites was quite simple.

the hotel room is good, quite enough space even if third bed added, breakfast is very good, comparing to other Italian hotels we stayed. location is ok to visit the center, but you would need a car to get to metro. hotel staff was not aware of "park+ride" parking near the metro, so you need to know this yourselves.

Helpful staff and decent dining options

The staff was really accommodating, especially at the bar and reception. While the food was generally tasty, the breakfast could benefit from more variety since it remained the same throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily, but we did notice issues with temperature control, as it felt a bit too warm at times. I had a decent experience, but a few improvements would make it much better.

very interesting design, very clean and comfortable

Easy to find. In a brand new section of town with lots of construction for business and commercial facilities - E.G., Euromar. Very nice staff.

Could use at least one comfortable chair in the room. High price internet was a little balky too.

We enjoyed our stay with family, the kids loved the kids' area where they could play and unwind. The daily housekeeping was excellent, as we always found clean rooms and fresh towels.

My kids wished there was a pool available for some splash time.

We stayed in op hotel for 4 nights. It is new, modern and beautifully decorated. Location is not good if you are a tourist visiting Rome, but there is a bus stop right in front of the Hotel to take you to the closest metro station. It is next to a huge shopping center (Roma2), ladies!

Poor breakfast for a 4star Hotel! The room was dusty... Internet connection should be free in a 4star hotel!

The hotel location and sorrounding are very pleasant in order to escape from the noise and pollution of the citiy. The hotel has a nice and safe public parking place and the connection with the city is very good. The recently built building and its modern design gives a very comfortable feeling. The breakfast buffet is very rich and gives possibility of selection to different dietary needs.The staff is very kind and helpful.

The "triple" room is not really triple, but is a doble bed room with additional bed. The minibar is very modest. It would be nice if the reception would offer the possibility of buying bus tickets, since there is no tobacco store in the neighbourhood. We also missed more informative touristic materials on Rome.
